Asian Noodle Supper Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c Soy sauce
  • 1/4 c Cilantro; sliced
  • 1/2 Jalapeno pepper; seeded and minced
  • 1/4 c Peanuts; dry-roasted unsalted, sliced
  • 1 1/2 tb Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 lb Angel hair pasta
  • 2 ts Salt
  • 6 Green onions; sliced
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 1 ts Sesame oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook noodles until just tender.
  • Step #2 Rinse under cold water.
  • Step #3 Drain well and transfer to large serving bowl.
  • Step #4 mix sesame oil, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar & salt in bowl.
  • Step #5 Stir to dissolve sugar.
  • Step #6 Add to noodles.
  • Step #7 Add sliced cilantro, green onions & jalapeno & mix well.
  • Step #8 (Salad can be prepared 1 day ahead.
  • Step #9 Cover & put in the fridge.
  • Step #10 ) Sprinkle top sliced peanuts over salad & serve.
