Step #1 Mix all the ingredients together, until completely mixd, except for the avocado.
Step #2 The taste can be altered to suit your palette 1.
Step #3 Cut the avocado in half, & fan.
Step #4 Start from the narrow end of the avocado, not cutting quite from the top, & slice down to the other end 2.
Step #5 Slightly flatten avocado to make fan shape.
Step #6 3.
Step #7 Pour raspberry vinaigrette, around the avocado & serve this with a selection of different rolls.
