Ingredients
  • 1 Head romaine lettuce
  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 1 Avocado
  • Vinaigrette dressing
  • 1/2 c Ripe black olives

Directions
  • Step #1 Tear lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  • Step #2 Place avocado slices on top of lettuce.
  • Step #3 Add grapefruit slices & black olives.
  • Step #4 Pour vinaigrette over all.
  • Step #5 Toss carefully.
  • Step #6 Chill or serve as soon as possible.
