Chocolate Chip Eggnog Balls Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 (3 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp brandy
  • 1/2 c miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/4 c finely sliced pecans
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 c sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese & confectioners' sugar.
  • Step #2 Beat in the heavy cream & brandy.
  • Step #3 Combine the salt, cinnamon & nutmeg, stir in theto the cream cheese mixture along with the mini chips to form a smooth dough.
  • Step #4 Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
  • Step #5 Chill for 5 mins.
  • Step #6 Roll the chilled dough into balls & roll them in the sliced pecans to coat completely.
  • Step #7 Serve chilled.
