Baked Flounder Fillets With Lemon-pepper Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 4 Flounder fillets -;
  • 1 ts Sugar
  • 1 tb Soy sauce
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 c Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 c Olive oil

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to 450 degrees.
  • Step #2 Arrange fillets in a ceramic or glass baking dish just large enough to hold them in one layer.
  • Step #3 Mince garlic & in a small bowl mix with lemon juice, sugar, soy sauce, and salt.
  • Step #4 Whisk in oil until emulsified & pour vinaigrette over fish.
  • Step #5 Bake fish in middle of oven until just cooked through & no longer translucent, 5 to 7 mins.
  • Step #6 This recipe yields 4 servings.
