Baked Halibut With Tomato Olive Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tb Lemon juice
  • 1/2 c Grand Marnier
  • 1/4 c Orange juice
  • 1 1/2 lb Halibut fillets
  • 2 tb Cornstarch
  • 2 1/4 c Apple cider or juice

Directions
  • Step #1 Or any firm white fish.
  • Step #2 preheat your trusty oven to 400?.
  • Step #3 Boil 2 c apple juice & Grand Marnier until reduced by 1/2; 15 to 20 mins.
  • Step #4 mix cornstarch & remaining apple juice; stir in theto hot liquid & cook this until thickened.
  • Step #5 stir in the orange & lemon juices.
  • Step #6 Arrange fish in baking dish, adding water to cover bottom.
  • Step #7 Cover and bake this until just done, about 20 mins.
  • Step #8 pour the sauce over before serving.
  • Step #9 Makes 4 servings.
