Step #2 Cut the unpeeled apples & pears into quarters, first removing the cores.
Step #3 place this in a large shallow glass or other ovenproof dish & add the prunes, figs & apricots.
Step #4 Remove the orange peel with a zester & set aside.
Step #5 Squeeze the juice over the fruit & mix with the apple juice, ginger & cinnamon.
Step #6 Cover with foil & place this in the pre heated oven for 1 hr.
Step #7 When baked, remove the foil, stir the fruit around so it is well coated with juice & place the dish under a hot grill for a couple of mins, so that the fruit just slightly chars in places.
Step #8 Garnish with the toasted flaked almonds & orange & lime zest, reserving some of each to garnish the Greek yoghurt.
Step #9 Serve hot or cold.
