Step #1 In a large bowl, & vinegar, olive oil, mix the garlic, oregano, mustard, parsley, salt, Coca-Cola, sugar, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
Step #2 Add the beans & shallots/onions; toss lightly with a fork.
Step #3 Pack into 1 quart jar.
Step #4 Cover & put in the fridge several hrs or overnight for the flavors to mix.
Step #5 Serve chilled or as a hot vegetable with steak, hamburger, or meat loaf.
Step #6 Makes 1 quart.
