Tidal Wave Cocoa Almond Mousse Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c Sugar 1 1/2 c COCA-COLA, chilled
  • 1 c Coffee, double-strength Whipped cream or vanilla
  • 2 oz Chocolate, unsweetened 2 1/2 c Milk
  • & hot Ice cream

Directions
  • Step #1 In the top of a double-boiler over hot water, melt the chocolate squares.
  • Step #2 stir in the the sugar.
  • Step #3 slowly stir in the hot coffee, mixing thoroughly.
  • Step #4 Add the milk & continue cooking until all particles of the chocolate are dissolved & the mixture is smooth, about 10 mins.
  • Step #5 pour this into a jar.
  • Step #6 Cover & chill.
  • Step #7 When ready to serve, stir in the the chilled Coca-Cola.
  • Step #8 Serve over ice cubes in tall glasses.
  • Step #9 For a beverage, top this with whipped cream.
  • Step #10 For a dessert, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  • Step #11 Makes 5 c.
