Ingredients
1/4 c Sugar 1 1/2 c COCA-COLA, chilled
1 c Coffee, double-strength Whipped cream or vanilla
2 oz Chocolate, unsweetened 2 1/2 c Milk
& hot Ice cream
Directions
Step #1 In the top of a double-boiler over hot water, melt the chocolate squares.
Step #2 stir in the the sugar.
Step #3 slowly stir in the hot coffee, mixing thoroughly.
Step #4 Add the milk & continue cooking until all particles of the chocolate are dissolved & the mixture is smooth, about 10 mins.
Step #5 pour this into a jar.
Step #6 Cover & chill.
Step #7 When ready to serve, stir in the the chilled Coca-Cola.
Step #8 Serve over ice cubes in tall glasses.
Step #9 For a beverage, top this with whipped cream.
Step #10 For a dessert, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Step #11 Makes 5 c.
