Yogurt-topped Strawberry Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb Center cut pork loin, 1/8 ts Salt
  • 3/4 c Shreds of whole bran cereal 1/4 ts Dried rosemary leaves,
  • 1/4 ts Fennel seed
  • Ground 1/8 ts Hot pepper flakes
  • 1/3 c Apple juice Crushed

Directions
  • Step #1 In medium bowl, mix cereal & apple juice; let this stand 5 mins.
  • Step #2 Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Step #3 Shape into six patties.
  • Step #4 Heat broiler.
  • Step #5 Place patties on oiled broiler pan.
  • Step #6 Broil 4-5 inches from heat for 4-5 mins on each side, or until no longer pink.
  • Step #7 Makes 6 patties.
  • Step #8 Microwave directions: Prepare patties as directed above.
  • Step #9 Place on microwave-safe roasting rack; cover with waxed paper.
  • Step #10 Microwave on high for 5-6 mins or until no longer pink, turning patties & rearranging once halfway through cooking.
