Baked Fudge Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c Sugar 1 tb Almonds; thin sliced
  • 1 c Evaporated milk Cinnamon or nutmeg
  • 1 c Ricotta cheese 1/2 ts Almond extract
  • 3 Eggs; beaten 1 tb Lemon juice

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to 350F.
  • Step #2 Press moisture out of ricotta cheese.
  • Step #3 Scald milk & pour over beaten eggs.
  • Step #4 Pour out the mixture into a mixer or food processor & add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Step #5 Beat.
  • Step #6 pour this into shallow buttered dish.
  • Step #7 dust with cinnamon or nutmeg.
  • Step #8 Sprinkle top thin sliced alomnds on top.
  • Step #9 Set casserole dish inside larger pan partially filled with hot water.
  • Step #10 Cook 45 mins at 350F.
  • Step #11 To test if done, insert knife near edge of dish.
  • Step #12 If knife comes out clean, the custard will be done when cool.
  • Step #13 Let cool before serving.
  • Step #14 top this with chocolate curls if desired.
