Ingredients
  • 1 ts Baking soda 3/4 c Chocolate chips; semisweet
  • 2 c Flour; all purpose 1/2 c Banana; mashed ripe
  • 2 tb Cocoa; unsweetened 1 ts Vanilla
  • 1 c Sugar 1 tb Lemon juice
  • 3/4 c Milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Fat grams per serving: Approx.
  • Step #2 Cook Time: :15 preheat your trusty oven to 350F.
  • Step #3 Mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
  • Step #4 Make well in centre of ingredients.
  • Step #5 Add milk, butter, banana, lemon juice & vanilla.
  • Step #6 Beat with fork till well mixed, about 2 mins.
  • Step #7 stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Step #8 pour this into greased 9" square cake pan.
  • Step #9 Bake in 350F oven for 45-50 mins or till done.
  • Step #10 Cool completely.
  • Step #11 To serve, Sprinkle top with icing sugar.
  • Step #12 from the Cooking with Milk calendar.
