  • 14 oz PIZZA SAUCE, HOMEMADE

  • 1 1/4 lb LEAN GROUND ROUND

Directions
  • Step #1 COOK GROUND ROUND & DRAIN.
  • Step #2 RINSE BEEF IN WARM WATER TO CLEAR OF EXCESS FAT.
  • Step #3 RETURN TO SKILLET & MIX WITH SAUCE, HEAT UNTIL WARMED THROUGH.
  • Step #4 SPREAD MEAT & SAUCE ON PREPARED CRUST IN 16" PIZZA PAN.
  • Step #5 SPREAD 6 OZ.
  • Step #6 CHEESE ON THE MEAT.
  • Step #7 top this with 3 OZ.
  • Step #8 PEPPERONI.
  • Step #9 PLACE 6 OZ.
  • Step #10 CHEESE ON TOP OF THE PEPPERONI.
  • Step #11 place this in COLD OVEN & HEAT TO 500 DEG F.
  • Step #12 bake this until CHEESE IS MELTED & CRUST IS GOLDEN BROWN.
