1989 Ics World Championship Bowl Of Red - A Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c Water
  • 2 cn Chicken broth; 10 oz ea
  • 2 tb Ground cumin
  • 2 md Onions; grated
  • 6 oz Tomato paste
  • 7 tb Gebhardt chili powder
  • 2 ts Tabasco sauce
  • 3 lb Top round steak; cubed
  • Garlic cloves; minced

Directions
  • Step #1 Saute beef in skillet & put in your favorite chili pot.
  • Step #2 Simmer, with onion, garlic (as much as you wish), covered, water & broth for 1 hr & 30 mins.
  • Step #3 Add tomato paste, chili powder, cumin & Tabasco pepper sauce; stir & let cook on low for about another hr.
  • Step #4 Add HOT water as needed.
  • Step #5 After three hrs from when you started, serve this with another dash of Tabasco pepper sauce to taste.
  • Step #6 Tarantula Jack Montana State Champion.
