Ingredients
  • 3 tb Cornmeal
  • 1 ts Dried oregano
  • 4 Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
  • 1 tb Chili powder
  • 1 tb All-purpose flour
  • 1 tb Vegetable oil
  • 1 pn Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Ground cumin

Directions
  • Step #1 Slice some juicy, fresh tomatoes while you steam green beans & new potatoes to serve this with this dish.
  • Step #2 In shallow dish, oregano, cumin, chili powder, mix cornmeal, flour, salt & cayenne.
  • Step #3 Press chicken into mixture to coat all over.
