A 3-day Marmalade Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 Boneless & skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tb Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c sliced fresh parsley
  • 1 3/4 c Spaghetti sauce
  • 2 tb Butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c Spice uped bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Egg, slightly beaten

Directions
  • Step #1 Using palm of hand flatten chicken to even thickness.
  • Step #2 Dip chicken into egg then into crumbs to coat.
  • Step #3 In skillet over med-heat/flame, in hot margarine, brown chicken on both sides.
  • Step #4 Add sauce.
  • Step #5 Reduce heat.
  • Step #6 Cover; simmer 10 mins.
  • Step #7 Sprinkle top with cheeses & parsley.
  • Step #8 Cover; simmer 5 mins or until cheese melts.
  • Step #9 Makes 4 servings.
