Ingredients
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 lb Fresh squid; cleaned
  • 1 tb Light soy sauce
  • 2 tb Vinegar
  • 1 tb Water
  • 3 ea Cloves garlic; minced

Directions
  • Step #1 In a skillet over med-heat/flame, vinegar, water, soy sayce, bring ro a boil the garlic, salt & pepper to taste.
  • Step #2 Add the cleaned squids while mixture is still boiling.
  • Step #3 Cook for another 3-4 mins.
  • Step #4 Stir every once in awhile.
  • Step #5 Transfer cooked squid to a serving platter.
  • Step #6 Serve as soon as possible.
  • Step #7 Tip: Remove the transparent cartillage when clean squid.
  • Step #8 ADOBONG PUSIT (CALAMARI STEW).
