Ingredients
Salt & pepper to taste
2 lb Fresh squid; cleaned
1 tb Light soy sauce
2 tb Vinegar
1 tb Water
3 ea Cloves garlic; minced
Directions
Step #1 In a skillet over med-heat/flame, vinegar, water, soy sayce, bring ro a boil the garlic, salt & pepper to taste.
Step #2 Add the cleaned squids while mixture is still boiling.
Step #3 Cook for another 3-4 mins.
Step #4 Stir every once in awhile.
Step #5 Transfer cooked squid to a serving platter.
Step #6 Serve as soon as possible.
Step #7 Tip: Remove the transparent cartillage when clean squid.
Step #8 ADOBONG PUSIT (CALAMARI STEW).
