Step #1 THE WINGS: Prepare the chicken wings: Mince & mash the garlic and shallots to a paste with the salt.
Step #2 In a large bowl stir the paste together with the 5 spice powder, rosemary, cayenne, paprika, & the oil.
Step #3 Mix well.
Step #4 Add the chicken wings.
Step #5 Toss & stir them until they are completely covered with the marinade.
Step #6 Let them marinate, covered & chilled for 4 hrs or over night.
Step #7 Arrange the wings, skin side up, on the rack of a foil lined large broiler pan & bake them in the upper third of a preheated 425F oven for 25 to 30 mins or until they are golden.
Step #8 The wings may be prepared one day in advance, kept covered & chilled & then reheated before serving.
Step #9 THE SAUCE: In a mixer, water, red pepper flakes & the soy sauce until the mixture is smooth, cream of coconut, bell pepper, garlic, Spice up the sauce with salt, mix together the peanut butter, to taste.
Step #10 THE PRESENTATION: Transfer the sauce to a serving bowl set on a platter.
Step #11 Arrange the wings around the bowl & garnish the platter with the coriander.
