Aioli Sauce - Garlic Mayonaise Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tb Lemon juice
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 5 ea Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 3/4 c Olive oil
  • 2 ea Egg
  • 1 tb Mustard, prepared

Directions
  • Step #1 Sauce for seafood.
  • Step #2 Separate yolks & wisk yolks with mustard and garlic in a bowl.
  • Step #3 Add oil drop by drop,beating continuously until half of oil is used.
  • Step #4 Add lemon juice a little at a time & remaining oil still beating.
  • Step #5 Spice up this with salt & pepper.
  • Step #6 Serve as dip for shrimp or sauce over fish such as sole, flounder, or halibut.
  • Step #7 Chill.
