Step #1 Heat oil in frying pan to medium-high, about 350 degrees.
Step #2 mix garlic, mayonnaise, cheese, & mustard in mixer until smooth.
Step #3 remove this from mixer.
Step #4 Cut each Polish sausage into two shorter halves & score lengthwise.
Step #5 Beat egg & milk with fork until smooth.
Step #6 Place each sausage half at end of egg roll wrapper, add a dollop of mustard sauce & roll sausage into wrapper, sealing ends with egg mixture.
Step #7 Fry in hot oil until lightly browned on all sides.
Step #8 Garnish with sliced parsley & serve this with extra mustard sauce.
