Step #1 ~-Patially thaw concentrate & add enough water to make 1 quart; pur into a 5-6 quart pan.
Step #2 Add pectin; stir until dissolved, about 10 mins.
Step #3 Scrap e the pan sides often.
Step #4 --On medium-high heat, sit until boiling.
Step #5 On high heat bring to a rolling boil that can't be stirred down; boil exactly one min.
Step #6 Off the heat, sk im off foam.
Step #7 Pour hot liquid into 1-2 c jars to within 1/2 inch of rims.
Step #8 --Wipe rims clean, then cover with lids.
Step #9 Let jelly cool; serve or chill up to 3 months.
Step #10 Makes 4 c.
Step #11 These have a base of fruit juice concentrate so make sure that you purchase concentrates that have no added sugars.
Step #12 These do not save calories but for some people they are more refreshing & digest easier.
