Step #1
Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of waxed paper; flatten evenly with a mallet.
Step #2 Sprinkle top both sides with salt & pepper.
Step #3 In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp each of butter & oil; brown chicken over medium-high heat for about 6 mins on each side or until juices run clear.
Step #4 Remove & keep warm.
Step #5 Stir broth, parsley, lime juice, basil, chives, mustard & remaining butter & oil into drippings; cook & stir until butter is melted.
