Almond-orange Biscotti Recipe

Ingredients
  • 72 Walnut halves
  • 1 ts Instant coffee powder
  • 2 tb Coffee liqueur
  • 8 oz Semisweet chocolate, melted
  • 2/3 c Almond paste, room temperature

Directions
  • Step #1 1.
  • Step #2 Mix the almond paste, coffee liqueur & coffee powder until smooth.
  • Step #3 2.
  • Step #4 Spread 1/2 tsp of the mixture on the flat side of a walnut half & top this with another walnut half, forming a sandwich.
  • Step #5 Rep,eat with the remaining almond paste & walnuts.
  • Step #6 3.
  • Step #7 Line a large baking sheet with wax paper.
  • Step #8 Dip one end of the walnut in the melted chocolate & set on the baking sheet.
  • Step #9 Repeats with the remaining filled walnuts walnuts & chocolate.
  • Step #10 put in the fridge until the chocolate is set, about 30 mins.
  • Step #11 Cover with plastic wrap & store this in refrigeration.
