Kapaw Pla (dried Fish Belly Soup) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 ts Salt
  • 1/2 Sliced
  • 1 ts Mixed pickling spice
  • 1 1/2 c Apple cider
  • 1/2 ts Mustard seed
  • 1 Cl Garlic; peeled
  • 1 c White vinegar

Directions

  • Step #2 com (Christi Wilson) Heat mixture to near boiling & let simmer for five mins.
  • Step #3 Pour solution over hard-cooked peeled eggs in a quart jar or other suitable container that can be closed or sealed tightly.
  • Step #4 Seal & as soon as possible store this in refrigerator to Spice up.
