Kare Ikan (fish Curry) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c Sugar
  • 1 c Vegetable oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 3 c Flour
  • 1/4 ts Baking powder
  • 2 c Grated carrots
  • Jim Vorheis
  • 1 ts Ground cinnamon
  • 8 oz Crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c sliced pecans
  • 1 ts Baking soda

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large mixing bowl beat eggs until foamy.
  • Step #2 Add oil, carrots & sugar.
  • Step #3 Beat well.
  • Step #4 Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder & cinnamon.
  • Step #5 Add to egg mixture & mix well.
  • Step #6 stir in the nuts and pineapple.
  • Step #7 Grease & flour 2 loaf pans.
  • Step #8 Divide batter between the pans.
  • Step #9 Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hr, or until done.
  • Step #10 Cool & remove this from pans.
