Kick-butt Super Bowl Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

4 Qts. tomatoes, peeled & coarse chipped
1 c White vinegar
1 Sweet onion, finely sliced
9 tb Cornstarch mixed with 9 tbsp. warm water
2 ts Oregano
1/2 c Sugar
INGREDIENTS---
1 c Or less jalapeno pepper , finely sliced
1 Sweet banana pepper , finely sliced
1 c Bell pepper, finely sliced
3 tb Canned salt

Directions

Step #1 PREPARATION--- Put all but cornstarch liquid in 8 quart pot & bring to a boil, boil slow 20 mins.
Step #2 Slowly add cornstarch liquid.
Step #3 Boil 10 mins.
Step #4 Put in jars and process 15 mins or freeze.
Step #5 Makes about 13 pints.
