Kidney Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/3 ts Curry
  • 1 1/2 oz Cashew pieces
  • 3 oz Kidney beans; cooked
  • 3 oz Brown rice; cooked
  • 1 tb Tarragon
  • 3/4 ts Basil
  • 1 1/2 oz Filberts; sliced
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 2 tb Sunflower oil

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to 375 degrees.
  • Step #2 Lightly grease 4 x 8 baking dish with sunflower oil.
  • Step #3 Place filberts in mixer with 2 oz water, tarragon, basil, oil, salt & curry.
  • Step #4 mix until mixture achieves sauce consistency.
  • Step #5 mix brown rice & beans.
  • Step #6 Transfer to baking dish.
  • Step #7 top this with filbert sauce.
  • Step #8 Sprnkle on cashews.
  • Step #9 Bake with cover for 15 mins.
