Krautfleisch - Pork Casserole W/ Cabbage Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 ea Pork chop
  • 1 qt Sauerkraut

Directions
  • Step #1 Cover sauerkraut with water & allow to simmer for 45 mins.
  • Step #2 Fry the chops until tender & golden brown.
  • Step #3 Add the sauerkraut & continue cooking until the kraut has absorbed the pork drippings & is brown.
  • Step #4 serve this with mashed potatoes.
