Ingredients
  • 6 oz White creme de cacao
  • 1 pt Half-and-half
  • 12 oz Amaretto liqueur
  • 1 1/2 qt Vanilla ice cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Preparation : mix amaretto, creme de cacao, & half-and-half in mixer.
  • Step #2 Put a scoop of ice cream in each sherbet glass & the remainder in mixer; mix well.
  • Step #3 pour this into sherbet glasses and serve.
  • Step #4 Serves 10.
