Ingredients
  • 1 c Milk
  • 1 c Non-dairy whipped topping thawed
  • 11 oz Mandarin orange segments well drained
  • 1/2 c MOUNDS Sweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 8 oz Crushed pineapple well drained
  • 1 pk Vanilla pudding & pie mix
  • 1 Packaged crumb crust

Directions
  • Step #1 --OPTIONAL----- extra whipped topping Coconut 1.
  • Step #2 Chop orange segments.
  • Step #3 Lightly press orange pieces & pineapple between layers of paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • Step #4 2.
  • Step #5 In medium bowl, mix milk & pudding mix; stir well.
  • Step #6 Add whipped topping, stir well.
  • Step #7 Add coconut, oranges & pineapple; stir well.
  • Step #8 pour this into crust.
  • Step #9 3.
  • Step #10 Cover; put in the fridge until firm enough to cut, 6 hrs or overnight.
  • Step #11 Cover; store this in refrigerator.
  • Step #12 Garnish with extra whipped topping & coconut, if desired.
