Ingredients
1 pk JELL-O Brand Orange Flavor Gelatin
1 1/2 c KRAFT Miniature Marshmallows
1 cn Crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 cn Mandarin orange segments, drained
2 c Boiling water
1 3/4 c Thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1/2 c BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
Directions
Step #1 DRAIN pineapple, reserving liquid.
Step #2 Add cold water to liquid to measure 1 c.
Step #3 STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl 2 mins or until completely dissolved.
Step #4 stir in the measured liquid.
Step #5 put in the fridge 1 1/4 hrs or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
Step #6 stir in the whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth.
Step #7 put in the fridge 10 mins or until mixture will mound.
Step #8 stir in the oranges, pineapple, marshmallows & coconut.
Step #9 Spoon into 6-c mold.
Step #10 put in the fridge 4 hrs or until firm.
Step #11 Unmold.
Step #12 To Prepare with JELL-O Brand Sugar Free Gelatin: Prepare as directed above, using JELL-O Brand Orange Flavor Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert & COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.
