Ambrosia Rose' Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pk JELL-O Brand Orange Flavor Gelatin
  • 1 1/2 c KRAFT Miniature Marshmallows
  • 1 cn Crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1 cn Mandarin orange segments, drained
  • 2 c Boiling water
  • 1 3/4 c Thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 1/2 c BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut

Directions
  • Step #1 DRAIN pineapple, reserving liquid.
  • Step #2 Add cold water to liquid to measure 1 c.
  • Step #3 STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl 2 mins or until completely dissolved.
  • Step #4 stir in the measured liquid.
  • Step #5 put in the fridge 1 1/4 hrs or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
  • Step #6 stir in the whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth.
  • Step #7 put in the fridge 10 mins or until mixture will mound.
  • Step #8 stir in the oranges, pineapple, marshmallows & coconut.
  • Step #9 Spoon into 6-c mold.
  • Step #10 put in the fridge 4 hrs or until firm.
  • Step #11 Unmold.
  • Step #12 To Prepare with JELL-O Brand Sugar Free Gelatin: Prepare as directed above, using JELL-O Brand Orange Flavor Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert & COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.
