Step #1 Prepare Deep-Dish Pizza Dough, & set aside.
Step #2 Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over med-heat/flame.
Step #3 Add pepper, & garlic, onion, & saute 5 mins.
Step #4 Add mushrooms, oregano, & salt; saute 3 mins or until tender.
Step #5 Remove from heat; cool.
Step #6 Spread half of tomatoes over each prepared crust, & top each with half of vegetable mixture.
Step #7 Sprinkle top Monterey Jack cheese & provolone cheese evenly over pizzas.
Step #8 Bake at 475 degrees for 15 mins.
Step #9 Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees, & bake 15 extra mins.
Step #10 Cut each pizza into 8 wedges.
