Ingredients
  • 1/2 c Plain low-fat yogurt;
  • ds Redpepper
  • 2 tb White vinegar;
  • 1 cl Garlic; minced
  • 2 tb Fresh parsley; sliced
  • pn Salt;
  • 1/8 ts White pepper;
  • 1 tb Corn oil;
  • 1 tb Anchovy paste;
  • 1 tb Salflower; =OR=-

Directions
  • Step #1 Excellent dressing for vegetables, pasta, fish, or salads.
  • Step #2 Place all ingedients in a mixer & process until smooth.
  • Step #3 put in the fridge to mix flavors; adjust Spice uping before serving.
  • Step #4 Makes about 3/4 c.
