Ingredients

  • 1 c Chocolate chips or carob chi s; sliced
  • Dash salt
  • 2 Egg whites; stiffly beaten
  • 1 c Almonds; sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 preheat your trusty oven to 350 degrees for 15 mins.
  • Step #2 Turn off when putting in cookies.
  • Step #3 Fold sugar, salt, nuts & chips into egg whites.
  • Step #4 Drop by the tspful onto a well greased cookie sheet.
  • Step #5 Leave in the oven for 2 1/2 hrs or overnight, but do not open oven door until time to remove.
