Ingredients
  • 2 Eggs
  • 170 g Flour
  • 170 g Sugar
  • 1 tb Ground Anise

Directions
  • Step #1 Beat the eggs & the sugar to fluffy cream.
  • Step #2 Add flour & anise.
  • Step #3 With 2 tsps place small heaps on your baking sheet.
  • Step #4 Let them dry overnight.
  • Step #5 Next morning heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius(!) Bake the cookies for 8-10 mins.
  • Step #6 They should keep their pale colour.
