Another Curry Powder Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tb Chili powder
  • 2 tb Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Or more hot peppers of your
  • 2 tb Vinegar
  • Rinsed
  • 2 To 4 large onions, sliced
  • 1/2 ts Allspice
  • Tomatoes
  • x Any other bean you like
  • Choice , minced
  • 1 tb Cumin
  • 1/2 To 1 lb mushrooms, coursly
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • Rinsed
  • 1 c TVP, rehydrated
  • 6 To 12 oz tomato paste
  • sliced
  • 2 To 4 15 oz cans crushed
  • 1 To 2 cans kidney beans,
  • sliced
  • 8 To 16 oz of tofu, crumbled
  • 1 To 2 cans pinto beans,
  • Rinsed
  • 1 ts Ground cayenne pepper
  • 8 To 16 oz of tempeh, sliced
  • 1 To 2 cans white beans,
  • 1 ts Cinnamon
  • 10 Or more cloves garlic,
  • 2 To 4 green peppers, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Saute the onion, hot peppers, peppers, & garlic until the onions are translucent.
  • Step #2 Add all other ingrediants & let simmer a minimum of 30 mins (about how long corn bread takes to cook ;-).
  • Step #3 Add water if chili is too thick.
  • Step #4 Adjust Spice upings during cooking to taste.
  • Step #5 That's it! Last night's batch had TVP, 1 can black eye peas, 1 can pinto beans, 2 cans kidney beans, so I used double the spices and the higher amounts of the rest of the ingrediants.
