Step #1 Saute the onion, hot peppers, peppers, & garlic until the onions are translucent.
Step #2 Add all other ingrediants & let simmer a minimum of 30 mins (about how long corn bread takes to cook ;-).
Step #3 Add water if chili is too thick.
Step #4 Adjust Spice upings during cooking to taste.
Step #5 That's it! Last night's batch had TVP, 1 can black eye peas, 1 can pinto beans, 2 cans kidney beans, so I used double the spices and the higher amounts of the rest of the ingrediants.
Step #6 Very tasty last night & of course even better today for lunch.
