Step #1 Mix sugar & cinnamon,add apples until completely coated.
Step #2 mix ingredients for cake.
Step #3 Beat for 2&1/2 min.
Step #4 on medium speed.
Step #5 INSTRUCTIONS: Pre-heat oven to 350^, mix all ingredients together except apple mixture.
Step #6 Pour a layer of the batter into a greased and floured "BUNDT" pan & some of the apple mixture, continue this until all is in the pan with the final layer being batter.
Step #7 Bake for 1:15 min.
Step #8 , let cool at least 15min, remove this from pan & let cool at least 1/2 hr.
Step #9 before cutting.
