Dry Spice Rub For Lamb Or Beef Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps curry powder (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tsps dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsps dried basil
  • 3/4 tsp cumin

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix together the paprika, & curry powder, if desired, thyme, cumin, basil, in a small bowl.
  • Step #2 When ready to use, evenly sprinkle a light coating onto lamb or beef & pat into surface of the meat.
  • Step #3 For the most flavorful results, season meat & place this in a resealable plastic bag; put in the fridge 2 hrs before cooking.
