Lamb Cutlets In Aromatic Coffee Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 2 oz Butter
  • 4 Lamb cutlets
  • 2 Onions
  • 1/2 c Dry white wine
  • 3/4 lb Tomatoes

Directions
  • Step #1 Method: 1.
  • Step #2 Skin the tomatoes & slice the onions & let simmer in butter with garlic.
  • Step #3 2.
  • Step #4 Add the white wine when the tomatoes & onions are almost cooked & cook for a further ten mins.
  • Step #5 3.
  • Step #6 Place the cutlets in a buttered casserole & pour the mixture over them.
  • Step #7 4.
  • Step #8 Cover & cook for 90 mins at 350 degrees.
