Lamb Sans Mint Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 Rosmary sprigs; (preferably
  • 1 Leg of lamb
  • Chili peppers
  • Black pepper
  • 2 Chicken soup
  • Paprika
  • Garlic; sliced & sliced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tb Vinegar

Directions

  • Step #5 IL Make a few cuts in the roast so spices can be inserted in the cuts.
  • Step #6 Deep cuts can also be made to facilitate serving.
  • Step #7 Put the leg in a baking pan with the spices rubbed all over the roast.
  • Step #8 mix the soup with the lemon juice & add about a quarter of quantity to the roast.
  • Step #9 Roast in a preheated oven at 210 (Celsius) for 10 min & then turn the meat over.
  • Step #10 Lower heat to 150 degrees andf keep baking for about 25 mins for each kg of meat.
  • Step #11 Every 10 mins baste with the liquids & add someo f the soup&lemon souce.
