Layered Basil Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pk 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Vanilla pudding/pie filling
  • note, light or lo-fat can be substituted where able
  • 1 Tub Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1/3 c Melted butter or margarine
  • 1 cn 20 oz crushed pineapple drained
  • 3 1/2 c Cold milk
  • 3 Bananas, sliced
  • 2 pk 4 oz ea Jello Instant
  • 1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c Sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar & margarine or butter in 13 x 9 x 2 pan.
  • Step #2 Press evenly onto bottom of pan.
  • Step #3 Arrange banana slices on crust.
  • Step #4 Beat cream cheese in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
  • Step #5 slowly beat in milk.
  • Step #6 Add pudding mixes.
  • Step #7 Beat until well mixed & thickened.
  • Step #8 Spread evenly over banana slices.
  • Step #9 Spoon pineapple evenly over pudding mixture.
  • Step #10 Spread cool whip over pineapple.
  • Step #11 put in the fridge 3 hrs or until ready to serve.
