Creamy Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 oz wide egg noodles
  • 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/3 c milk
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c frozen green peas

Directions
  • Step #1 In a medium pot cook egg noodles in boiling salted water.
  • Step #2 When pasta is 3 mins away from being cooked, add in frozen peas or broccoli.
  • Step #3 Cook until vegetables & noodles are tender.
  • Step #4 Drain well.
  • Step #5 Meanwhile, boil the chicken in a medium saucepan until cooked completely.
  • Step #6 Drain chicken & cut into bit size pieces.
  • Step #7 In a large saucepan mix cream of mushroom soup & milk until warm & lumps are dissolved.
  • Step #8 To the large saucepan add the cooked & sliced chicken, noodles & vegetables.
  • Step #9 Blend ingredients with the milk & soup mixture.
  • Step #10 Stir in grated mozzarella cheese until melted.
  • Step #11 Serve warm.
