Ingredients
  • 1/2 ea Green bell pepper; cut into matchsticks
  • 2 tb Fresh parsley; sliced
  • 1 ea Carrot; shredded
  • 1/4 c Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1/2 ts Celery seeds
  • 1 tb Prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 ea Red onion; cut into matchsticks
  • 2 ts Lemon peel; grated
  • 1 tb White wine vinegar
  • 2 tb Olive oil
  • 1/2 c Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c Sour cream
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 1/2 ts Pepper
  • 8 c Cabbage; shredded
  • 1/2 ea Red bell pepper; cut into matchsticks
  • 2 tb Dijon mustard

Directions
  • Step #1 mix first 11 ingredients in bowl; whisk to mix.
  • Step #2 put in the fridge dressing until cold.
  • Step #3 (Can be prepared 1 day ahead).
  • Step #4 mix cabbage, onion, carrot, bell peppers, parsley & lemon peel in large bowl.
  • Step #5 Toss with enough dressing to Spice up to taste & serve.
