Lemon Granita Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 c GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
  • 3 pkgs CREAM CHEESE, softened
  • 3 EGGS
  • 1 tb LEMON PEEL, grated
  • 10 tb BUTTER, melted
  • 3 c WATER, divided
  • 1/3 c LEMON JUICE
  • 1 c SUGAR
  • 3 tb LEMON JUICE
  • 2 ts CORNSTARCH
  • slowly add sugar, lemon juice, & vanilla. Mix well;

  • 1 1/4 c SUGAR
  • 350 Degrees for 5 mins. Cool.
  • Cool & then chill for at least 4 hrs.
