Ingredients
  • 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 tb Mazola Rightmix Corn & Canola Oils
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 1/2 ts Rosemary or tarragon, crushed
  • 1 tb Lemon juice
  • 1/2 ts Salt

Directions
  • Step #1 In c mix first 5 ingredients; pour over chicken.
  • Step #2 Cover; let this stand at about room temp no longer than 30 mins, turning once.
  • Step #3 Broil 10 mins or until thoroughly cooked, turning once.
  • Step #4 Makes 4 servings.
  • Step #5 Each serving (with chicken) provides: 200 calories, 70 milligrams cholesterol, 25 grams protein, 10 grams total fat, 1 gram carbohydrates, 4 grams polyunsaturated fat, 2 grams saturated fat, 330 milligrams sodium.
