Step #1 stir this together gelatin & sugar in medium mixing bowl.
Step #2 stir in the lemon juice.
Step #3 Add boiling water & stir until sugar & gelatin are dissolved.
Step #4 Chill, stirring often, until mixture mounds when dropped from spoon.
Step #5 (Mixture may be put in the fridged or placed over bowl of ice water with dash salt added to speed chilling.
Step #6 ) When chilled, remove this from refrigerator or cold water bath & add egg white & beat with electric mixer until doubled in volume and mixture mounds when dropped from spoon, 5 to 10 mins on high speed.
Step #7 Fold in lemon zest.
Step #8 Spoon mixture into 8 large wine goblets or dessert dishes.
Step #9 Chill at least 3 hrs to set.
Step #10 (Will keep 5 days in refrigerator.
Step #11 ) Shortly before serving, spoon about 3 tbsps Golden Grand Marnier Sauce over top of each dessert.
Step #12 Garnish with raspberries.
