Apricot Almond Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb White chocolate
  • 1 c Apricot Jelly Belly beans
  • 1/2 c Whole toasted almonds
  • 2 tb Solid vegetable shortening

Directions
  • Step #1 Line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with waxed paper.
  • Step #2 Melt chocolate and shortening in the top part of a double boiler.
  • Step #3 stir in the almonds and jelly beans.
  • Step #4 Spread into prepared pans.
  • Step #5 Chill 10 mins.
  • Step #6 Score into 2x3-inch bars with knife.
  • Step #7 When firm, cut bars apart.
