Step #6 Cover loosely with foil & bake this at 325F degrees 45 mins for chicken parts & 30 mins for breasts.
Step #7 Warm apricot jam in small saucepan.
Step #8 Press jam through sieve into bowl.
Step #9 stir in the remaining white wine.
Step #10 Uncover chicken & baste with apricot-wine mixture.
Step #11 Continue baking at 325F degrees, 30 mins for chicken parts & 15 to 20 mins for breasts, uncovered, basting frequently, until chicken is tender & deeply glazed.
Step #12 Garnish with parsley.
Step #13 Makes 8 to 12 servings.
Step #14 Note: If chicken is pre-baked & put in the fridged, it may be necessary to increase baking time at last stage of cooking.
