Arizona Forest Fire Chili Home Size Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lb Green pepper; sliced
  • 1 tb White pepper
  • 1 Kidney beans
  • 1/2 c Parsley flakes
  • 3 tb Garlic sliced
  • 1 Tomato; sliced
  • 1 Green chilies; sliced
  • 3 lb Onion; medium dice
  • 1 tb Salt
  • 1 tb Red pepper; ground
  • 10 lb Beef; ground
  • 1 Red beans
  • 1 Tomato crushed
  • 3 tb Oregano
  • 4 tb Cumin; ground
  • 2 lb Celery; sliced
  • 2 tb Black pepper
  • 1 c Chili powder
  • 1 c Jalpeno, canned; sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 mix red beans, green chilies, kidney beans, sliced tomato, crushed tomato, in large pot (DO NOT DRAIN CANS).
  • Step #2 Add jalpeno, sliced garlic, parsley flakes, chili powder, oregano, cumin.
  • Step #3 Brown the beef & add to the beans.
  • Step #4 Brown the onions & celery in grease from the meat then add them to the rest.
  • Step #5 Add the salt, black pepper, white pepper, red pepper.
  • Step #6 This is a thick chili.
  • Step #7 Simmer for 2 - 4 hrs.
  • Step #8 Serve or put in the fridge.
  • Step #9 This chili will age well.
