Artichokes & Peas Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tb Walnuts; sliced
  • 2 cl Garlic; minced
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 ts Walnut oil;
  • 2 tb 1Fresh lemon juice;
  • 1/2 lb Sm Jerusalem artichokes; . sliced
  • 3/4 lb Fresh green beans;
  • 1/2 Red pepper; sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Wash & trim artichokes & beans.
  • Step #2 Bring a large kettle of water to a boil & cook artichokes until tender, about 15 mins mins.
  • Step #3 Add green beans & cook 3 to 4 mins.
  • Step #4 Drain & keep warm.
  • Step #5 Saute garlic 1 mins in walnut oil, tne add bell pepper to warm.
  • Step #6 Mix all ingredients together & serve.
